With over a decade of experience in the asset management industry, Will Vahey has worked in numerous roles ranging from public/private market equity analyst, quantitative researcher, to market strategist and portfolio manager.

Will worked at Wellington Management, a leading global asset manager with over $1 trillion in assets under management, for close to a decade writing market research and directly assisting some of the world’s premier hedge fund and mutual fund managers invest on behalf of clients. He also constructed hedge fund strategies drawing from a background in programming and quantitative finance.

Most recently, Will transitioned to an advisory role founding his own consultancy business that provides market research services and bespoke portfolio management solutions for numerous RIA CIOs along with major global hedge funds.

Will holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Fordham University and is a CFA and CMT charter holder. He is currently enrolled in a financial engineering program at Columbia University.

In his free time, Will has a passion for playing music and, to stay active, snowboards and sails with his wife Nicol.
